Oil & Water Coolers

Oil/water coolers are shell & tube heat exchangers and can be used to cool Water or Oil (Lubrication, Hydraulic, thermal, etc) in a wide range of applications by using water or sea water as coolant fluid.

Materials

Materials are sourced from reputable EU manufacturers and material thickness is higher than that required by the relevant design code. The heat exchanger is designed to have a long service life and engineered for easy maintenance. Tubes are Aluminum brass, CuNi90/10, Carbon steel or stainless steel while tube sheets are made by Naval brass, stainless steel or carbon stee

Design

Industry leading heat exchanger software is used to find the required heat exchanger dimensions based on customer requirements. Each heat exchanger is made to order, therefore engineered with an optimized thermal and mechanical design.

Accessories

• Safety relief valve (if applicable).
• Temperature gauges at the cooled/cooling fluid inlet and outlet (if applicable)
• Drain and Air vent valves
• According to customer inquiry

Approvals

Third party approval based on customer requirement. All marine classification society approvals (by ABS, Loyds, BV, ClassNK, DNV-GL) may be given.

Delivery

2-4 week upon order receipt and drawing approval – confirmation.
