Compressor coolers are one of Farad’s main products which can transfer large amounts of heat in relatively low cost. Due to high quality of effective fin surface, they minimize the requirements of floor space, liquid volume and space. FARAD heat exchangers compressor coolers and interstage coolers are established products in the market and they are well known throughout the world for their life expectancy, reliability and excellent performance.

Capacity

Farad maintains a large database of compressor cooler designs that can satisfy versatile requirements. For new applications, a new design is made based on customer’s needs and specifications. State of the art heat exchanger software is used to find required heat exchanger dimensions combined with high efficiency.

Materials

Special materials from reputable EU based manufacturers are available for Compressor Coolers. All raw materials are selected with higher thickness than that required by the relevant design code for prolonged lifetime of the coolers. Tubes available in copper nickel 90/10 or stainless steel. Shells can utilize carbon steel or stainless steel, depending on working environment. Fins are made of copper, copper clad or Aluminium with tin of 0.20mm thickness which provides maximum durability and long service life.

Design

FARAD designs and manufactures compressor coolers all in-house. Industry leading heat exchanger software is used to find the required heat exchanger dimensions based on customer requirements and specifications. FARAD’s innovative design targets and achieves simple installation, small footprint and easy maintenance.

Approvals

Third party approval based on customer requirement. All marine classification society approvals may be given. CE marking for EU onshore applications.

Delivery

Normally 2-3 weeks. Delivery within 72 hours may be possible for urgent cases.
