Refrigerant evaporators are part of every refrigeration system. The DX line of direct expansion refrigerant evaporators can handle hydrofluorocarbon and hydro chlorofluorocarbon refrigerants. Refrigerant flows in the tubes and water in the shell. The tubes have inner grooves to maximize heat transfer efficiency.
The evaporator is suitable for chilled water systems that produce chilled water down to 0 °C. This includes HVAC for ships, buildings and industrial use..
Standard designs from 20 kW to 1200 kW of cooling capacity and with the ability to connect up to three compressors on one evaporator. Larger capacity available on request.
Materials are sourced from reputable EU manufacturers and material thickness is higher than that required by the relevant design code. The heat exchanger is designed to have a long service life. Tubes are seamless drawn high-performance in copper (DHP-Cu) and it’s the world’s leading tube product in heat transfer thanks to its large inner surface (grooved) and application-optimized inner geometry.
